Parker is obcessed with monuments and architecture. When he found out coit tower was in his own back yard he immediately started sleeping in his bed all night to earn a trip to go see it. He earned the trip a few weeks ago, but we didn't actually go see it until last tuesday (because the guilt of getting rid of the dog was weighing heavily on me). Parker and Kody were very well behaved....they loved walking around it (we went around it 3 or 4 times). We went inside once, and I offered to buy tickets to take the elevator to the top....but Parker didn't want to do that...
he mostly just wanted to stand in front of it and stare at it. He couldn't take his eyes off of it.
As we were driving away he said "thursday i want to go see the golden gate bridge and then next tuesday i want to come back and see coit tower again". I don't think i feel THAT guilty about the dog to make this a weekly thing.
On our way out of town i snapped a few pictures of the "occupy sf" tents. super gross. I used to like to eat lunch right here when i worked downtown.

yikes, tent city to the extreme...
but i love how parker liked the tower so much. it must have been a big thing for him to sleep in his own bed because he wanted to see it so bad. ^_^ your boys are adorable.
I am laughing about the dog - that it took so long for them to notice and that Brady's response! Coit tower totally made up for it! That is great that Parker appreciated it so much! Now I need to go look up the occupy sf because I have no idea what the tents are about!
I love how big brotherly Parker is looking. Excited to see everyone!
